Our traditional restaurant is located within the original cellars of the Castle:
a suggestive and elegant dining room near Gubbio,
enriched by the expertise of our Chef Lina and her team.
Local food and typical cuisine of our region
to offer you a tasty and unforgettable experience.
Lina personally selects ingredients and raw materials based on the “0 km philosophy”
that leads her to choose only Umbrian Doc, Dop and IGP products.
In summer you would find plenty and enchanting outdoor venues to fully enjoy our pristine nature!

We select 0 km raw materials, possibly grown and harvested directly in our estate.
